1. The person should have a degree in artificial marble working from an accredited university or college.

2. They should be able to read, write and understand basic English language skills required for the job market.

3. They must be physically fit as they will need to move around various machines used in the work place and require good manual dexterity too handle small pieces of marbles with accuracy and consistency while ensuring that edges are smooth without any defects or bumps appearing on them- even if it means using their fingers!

4.
