Construction Supervisor Job in Dubai

Construction Foreman Job responsibilities & requirements. * Develop a work schedule for workers. * Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans. * Supervise and train workers and tradespeople. * Quantification of all the materials. * Assign tasks to construction workers. * Determine the time limit for the tasks and make sure it's completed on the decided time frame. * Plan the schedule of working hours and shifts of the workers according to the requirements. * Monitor expenditure and ensure within budget. * Maintain daily progress report. * Assure the safety procedures are being followed. * Troubleshoot any issues that occur on the construction site and report them to Engineer. * Must be diploma holder and having more than Eight years of UAE experience as a Construction Supervisor. * Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations. * Working knowledge of Construction tools and equipment. * Outstanding leadership skills. * Excellent organizational and communication skills.
