Customer Care Manager Job in Dubai

1. Replying to Customers’ Messages on WhatsApp - Closing cases, Updating Chat Conversation Status (Pending, Solved) - Setting up and scheduling Broadcast to WhatsApp Contacts 2. Calling and verifying customers who register on our website (list will be provided) 3. Following up on abandoned carts via phone, email and whatsapp 4. Replying to customers on Drift Chat Platform, Instagram and Facebook Replies on Comments and Messages 5. Calling customers about the status of their orders, updating them of sold out items and available items if needed. 6. Offering other collections and upselling. 7. Building customer database, update customer contact details.
