Job Description: • Meet and exceed agreed sales and gross margin targets consistently. • Manage, develop and maintain sales plans and processes within designated area of responsibility within business unit. • Working closely with the Managing Director. You will need to have experience in advising clients on introducing a broad range of services and products available from Datacraft Networks. • 100% management of customer relationship - 'ownership'. Committed to providing a high level of customer service and inspire colleagues to do likewise. • Weekly and monthly reporting on sales • To communicate with all nominated accounts on a regular basis, acting as a liaison between the client and Datacraft Networks, maintaining a productive and professional relationship at all times, and acting as a Brand ambassador for the company. • To introduce to the client, all new applicable products and strategic developments initiated by Datacraft Networks and to maximize sales opportunities for the company as appropriate. To be aware of the sensitivity of client business and details at all times and to maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to them. • Attend exhibitions and training as and when required. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS • Knowledge of specific technologies like networking, servers and storage, security, access control and IT infrastructure solutions is an advantage • Product knowledge of the above mentioned technologies is an advantage • Preferred UAE market experience (minimum 2-3 years) 1. A Account Manager - Sales is responsible for managing a customer's account from start to finish, including activities such as developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, providing support during sales cycles, and following up after leads are generated. 1. A college degree in business or marketing is typically required for account management - sales positions.
