The Accounts Admin is responsible for overall administration of an organization’s accounts payable and receivable functions. This includes maintaining accurate records of transactions, issuing payments as needed and communicating with clients to ensure timely payment processing. The Accounts Admin also ensures that all organizational financial statements are accurate and compliant with applicable accounting standards.

What qualifications are required to become a Accounts Admin?

A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related field. Several years of experience working as an accountant. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word
