A Accounts Admin is a person who manages an organization's accounts and finances. They work with the finance department to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date, as well as keeping track of expenses to make sure that budgets are being met. Additionally, they may also be responsible for refunding customers who have overspent or canceling orders if funds don't meet expectations.
1. A background in accounting or finance is required.
2. Strong computer skills are a must, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office products (including Excel and Word).
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential; an ability to take direction well is also important.
