A Accounts Associate is a position within an organization that assists customers with their accounts. They typically work in customer service or finance roles, and are responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and issuing refunds. Associates may also be tasked with managing account information and tracking transactions.
1) Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
2) Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3) Ability to work independently as well as part in a team environment.
4) Experience with QuickBooks or another accounts software program is helpful but not required.
5) Higher education in business, finance, or related field is preferred
