1. Do your research: It is important to find the best PM in Armenia, so do your homework and look for reputable sources of information. Ask around and speak with friends or colleagues who have hired a PM before; they can be invaluable resources when it comes time to make a decision. Additionally, check out online directories like Indeed or LinkedIn Pulse that list current job openings in various industries and cities across the country.
2. Evaluate candidates objectively: Once you’ve identified several potential candidates, it’s important to evaluate them objectively—no one is perfect! Consider their experience (if any), skillset, availability/time commitments, etc.—and decide which ones would be best suited for the role at hand.
