1. Research the available receptionist jobs in your area and develop a list of potential candidates based on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
2. Ask friends, family members, or acquaintances if they know of any receptionist positions that may be open.

There are a few things to consider when hiring someone to be your receptionist from overseas:
1) Language Skills - The person you hire must have good language skills, as they will need to be able to communicate with customers and staff in the office. It is also important that they can read and write English well enough so that communication between them and clients is smooth.
2) Availability - Ideally, your receptionist should have availability for at least 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday (unless otherwise agreed upon). They should also be available on weekends if needed.
3) Professionalism - Your receptionist must demonstrate professionalism both inside and outside of work by upholding standards of dress, behavior, etc.. This means being polite and courteous towards everyone no matter who they are or what position they hold within the company.
