Accordingly, it is generally more advantageous for employers hire employees based out-of-country who have no income taxation obligations related thereto than those who do have such obligations; this is especially true given recent changes made by the government which make obtaining a residence permit much easier for foreigners working in certain sectors – see below regarding visa requirements.
